These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the X Usbs website, products, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). Your use of third-party payment services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. X Usbs is not responsible for the performance, security practices, or contractual terms of independent payment providers.

Shipping, Delivery, and Title Transfer. Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. Unless prohibited by applicable law, risk of loss and title transfer to you upon our delivery of products to the designated carrier.

Warranties, Returns, and Remedies. Warranty terms vary by SKU and are stated in applicable product documentation. Except where non-waivable rights apply under law, available remedies are limited to repair, replacement, store credit, or refund, as determined by X Usbs in accordance with the applicable warranty and return policy.

Intellectual Property Rights. All content available through the Services, including text, graphics, product names, logos, software, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to X Usbs and is protected by intellectual property laws. No right, title, or interest is granted except for the limited right to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
